The S palette really resembles Mina Majikina of Samurai Shodown fame. The red palette for H is a very popular Millia color palette. It also gets cosplayed quite a bit: Female Japanese player Akira cosplays using this palette and also uses it in game.

Her Start color is clearly inspired from Elly of Xenogears fame, who is also very hot and wears a similar outfit.
