The next 3on3 footage in the Kanto Saikyou Ketteisen SP series for MBAACC is up! This time, the event was held at Game Magna Max arcade in Kawagoe on January 21st. Sadly, commentary wasn’t able to be recorded, but that didn’t stop them from getting post match interviews with the winners at the end of the final video! Good matches all around, and it’s also a great display of H-Ciel, a character rarely seen in competitive play. Videos after the break!
And the Kanto region starts its Saikyou Ketteisen 3on3 series just a week after Kansai! For Kanto, this is actually the 5th year they’re doing it. Gilette made a nice 22 minute announcement video of the event, outlining its roughly 3 month schedule. You can find more information and the complete schedule on the official site here. a-cho has finally put up the videos for the 3on3 during their special MBAACC Christmas event! Tons of footage was recorded, totaling 3 videos and clocking in at almost 4 hours. Their Christmas tourney attracted top players from all over the country, so this is a must watch if you’re at all interested in competitive Melty. Like the other videos, I have also added in the romanized player names and characters used in comments with Youtube timecodes, so I would recommend opening up the videos in Youtube. Kansai Saikyou Ketteisen 3 has started! This is a series of 3on3 tournaments for Melty Blood that the Kansai and Kanto regions in Japan hold every year. You can think of Kansai as the “West Coast” of Japan, and Kanto as East. You can probably guess from the title that this is the third year that the Kansai region is doing this. These tournaments all of the best players in the regions, and they’re (almost) always recorded so it’s a good showcase of the highest level of play in Melty that Japan has to offer! […]
